Refund policy

We hope you and your child love your Calmness Crew product. Each item is designed with care to support calm, comfort, and wellbeing. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear

  • Digital downloads or audio content (if applicable)

This is in line with hygiene, safety, and child wellbeing standards.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thecalmnesscrew.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault

If confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
