Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods or pre-orders, processing times may be longer. Any changes will be clearly stated on the product page.

Standard UK Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch

European Union (EU)

  • Delivery time: 5–10 working days after dispatch

United States & Canada

  • Delivery time: 7–14 working days after dispatch

Australia

  • Delivery time: 7–14 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or peak periods outside of our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before payment is completed.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to predict or control these charges.

  • This is standard practice for international shipping and aligns with major global retailers.

If your order contains a pre-order item:

  • Your full order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
